TITLE: The analysis of firm interdependence using duration data.

Abstract


By introducing the unknown frailty variable into the model of the survival data, the lifetimes are conditionally independent. In this paper, we discuss how to use the correlated frailty model to account for the heterogeneity of the study population, and develop the maximum likelihood estimators.
