Actuarial Association
The Actuarial Association meets several times a semester.
You can ask to be in the e-mail list and get information about the
future meetings of the association. To be included in the e-mail sever,
please contact Barry Cheung.
Often, actuaries come to explain their career in a meeting of the Actuarial
Association. You may meet members of
the association who have worked during the summer as an actuary interim.
You can get first hand information about the actuarial profession from them.
Many insurance companies come to recruit to campus for jobs and internships.
Interviews for jobs/internships are arranged by the
Career Development Center. Please, go to the Career Development Center to prepare
for the interviews.
Please, sign up for e-recruiting going to
e-recruiting . Otherwise, you will not get information about
companies coming to interview on campus.

TIME: 11:00 am - 3:30 p.m.
PLACE: Mandela Room and Old Union Hall, University Union.
ATTIRE: Business.
Representatives from various organizations including for-profit,
government, and non-profit will be available to speak
with students regarding opportunities within their organizations.
Organizations may be seeking to fill either full time and/or internship positions.

This event is open to all Binghamton students. Bring copies of your
resume with you and please dress appropriately. CDC recommends business casual
dress at a minimum.
