The meeting will take place in the buildings Lecture Hall (LH) and Student Services Wing (SW). The campus is in a hill. There are two big skyscrapers in campus: the Cooper Administration building and the Glenn G. Bartle Library. Glenn G. Bartle Library is the big skyscraper located higher in the hill. Lecture Hall (LH) and Student Services Wing (SW) are close to this skyscraper on the west.
The closest parking lot to the place of the meeting is Lot M2. It is possible to park in Lot M2 on Saturday, but parking Lots M2, M3 and M4 will on Sunday, October 12. On Saturday, Oct. 11 at 11 p.m. through Sunday 11 p.m. Lots M2, M3 and M4 will be closed in preparation for the fireworks display for Home Coming.
To drive to the parking lot M2, from the main entrance in campus, drive south (up hill) in the right lane. You will need to pass the information booth and traffic circle. Keep in the right lane while passing the traffic circle. To get to the parking M2 take a right turn when you see the sign to parking.
From parking lot M2 to get to the buildings Lecture Hall (LH) and Student Services Wing (SW), walk south. Both Lecture Hall (LH) and Student Services Wing (SW) are buildings with red bricks. Lecture Hall is a circle shaped building.
On Sunday, the closest parkings lots to the meeting is parking lots M1. To get the meeting follow the directions above. Other possible parking lots are E, F, G and H.
