Submissions should consist of new work which is not under review by another refereed journal. Papers may be submitted by electronic or regular mail directly to the Editor-In Chief. The submission should include a clear statement that the paper is submitted to the IJSMS. It also should include the e-mail and regular address of the corresponding author. Electronic submissions are preferred and they should be sent to arcones@math.binghamton.edu as a pdf file. Regular mail submissions require three copies of the manuscript and a cover letter.
