11/18/2004-Talk : Speaker Fanhui Kong, a graduate student of Suny Binghamton, will be talking about how we can check the effectiveness of new medication. This talk revolves around how one can utilize the tools of statistics in order to understand and handle the data of a medical test. This talk is accessible to students of any level.

11/11/2004-Talk : Speaker Prof McAuley gave a talk on "The Projective Plane and More". She explained several ways to define the projective plane, and approaches to understanding it through the use of topology and geometry.

11/5/2004-BakeSale : The Math Club raised aroind $50 in funds in their bake sale.

11/4/2004-PreRegistration Night : A basic meeting in which we informed students about various math classes. We also helped advise students about the courses they expressed an interest in taking. Special thanks to all the professors who volunteered their time to help out.

10/20/2004-Talk : Speaker Marisa Belk, a senior at BU presented on Knot Theory. The talk covered examples and definitions of knot theory, the difficulty of telling knots apart, Reidemeister moves, and colorings of knots.

9/23/2004-Talk : Speaker James Belk, a former SUNY Binghamton student who recently received his doctorate in Mathematics from Cornell University was able to speak about Geometry and Curvature. He introduced the fundamentals of elliptical geometry, geodesics, triangles on the sphere and the relationship between curvatire and angles.

9/9/2004-GIM : The purpose of this meeting was to give everyone an idea of what math club is all about. We got people interested in mathematics together in order to socialize and learn about new topics in Math. We also discussed our interest in finding volunteers to tutor in Binghamton High Schools.
