We currently have 35 rooms blocked off at the Quality Inn, across the street from the university. The address is:

4105 Vestal Parkway East, Vestal, NY 13850.

The nights of accommodation are November 11th-12th (Friday and Saturday nights). You may request lodging using the registration forms We must put two people in each room. If you have a particular roommate request, then please indicate so in the registration form. Otherwsie, you will be randomly assigned a roommate of the same gender. Please do not contact the hotel directly. Go through our registration page. We have a limited amount of funding for rooms, so we cannot guarantee room funding for everyone. Anyone requestion lodging will be given the most up to date information on if we are able to fulfill your request by October 5, October 28, or November 8 (if there are still rooms available).

Please contact us at gradconf@math.binghamton.edu if you have any questions.

Travel Funding

You can apply for travel funding upon arrival, with priority going to speakers. Be sure to save your travel receipts. We award travel funding post-conference and typically have enough to fully support travel for all speakers, although this is not a guarantee. Anyone applying for travel funds who is not an American citizen needs copies of their passport and visa to include with their application (at the conference). Anyone who does not provide the address of their university (or affiliated institution) in the registration form will have to privide it at the conference.

Food

If you are staying in the hotel then breakfast will be provided there. we will be providing coffee and possibly breakfast snacks for Saturday and Sunday. There will be a lunch provided on Saturday only. We are trying to have a banquet on Saturday night, but the accommodations and price are still in process. We will provide updates on this matter as things change.
