Directions


Welcome Reception (Friday Evening)

Participants in town Friday Evening are invited to the Welcome Reception (complete with snacks and board games) 7pm-9pm at the Quality Inn (4105 Vestal Parkway East, Vestal, NY 13850). Drop in to meet other conference participants, and relax after your trip.

Registration (Saturday Nov 12, 2011)

Saturday registration is at 8:00 am in the Science Library Skywalk. (The Science Library Skywalk is a glass skywalk between the Science Library and Science II.)

Coffee and very light breakfast foods will be provided. Participants staying at the Quality Inn are invited to have continental breakfast at the hotel before the conference.

Getting To Campus

Participants staying at the Quality Inn & Suites can easily walk to campus.

For participants driving to campus, parking is free on the weekends, we recommend you park in Lot F1 (or Lot F2). Here is a Google Map to help you drive to these parking lots.
