Employment:

I spent two years as a postdoctoral fellow at McMaster University in Canada, followed by two years as a postdoctoral researcher at Louisiana State University in US. I was a visiting scholar at  Max-Planck-Institute for Mathematics in Bonn, Germany for one year, and was a visiting assistant professor at SUNY-Binghamton. Currently, I am a Research Assistant Professor at Pohang Mathematics Institute (PMI) in SOUTH KOREA.

Research:

I am particularly interested in the problems of "embeddings of surfaces in four manifolds", using the Seiberg-Witten Theory and geometric topology methods.
