NCTM Standards-based Secondary Mathematics Workshop: From Theory into Practice
Presented by:
Eric and Margaret Robinson and John Maceli, Ithaca College
The workshop will focus on translation of the vision for secondary mathematics education suggested in National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) Standards documents into practice. The workshop sessions will provide an overview and hands-on experience with new secondary mathematics instructional materials funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF).
Refreshments will be served at 8:30 AM and during a break, 10:30-11 AM.
