• Downloadable MATLAB Software for Smoothing, Functional Data Analysis and Distance Weighted Discrimination from J.S. Marron.


• The Distance Weighted Discrimination Related Website from Lingsong Zhang. It provides some Matlab implementations to several variants of regular/weighted DWD, including L1-DWD and adaptive L1-DWD.


• A Windows-based DWD application sponsored by caBIG. Implemented the ordinary DWD for the purpose of adjusting systematic effect (batch, source, platform, and etc.). No statistical background or MATLAB experience needed. People can use it for DWD correction of systematic bias, and can see some visualization features that are common throughout the software mentioned above.
